Our preferred transaction is to acquire between 60 and 75 percent, with existing ownership rolling 25 to 40 percent. This shares ongoing value creation and creates an aligned and durable partnership. We later acquire the remainder, or allow employees to do so, if existing ownership wishes to fully exit. In all cases, we own in a manner that preserves and extends the Christian intentionality of the seller.
